Trish Bartley is a mindfulness teacher trainer, author, and supervisor in the field of mindfulness for cancer care. She has been involved in mindfulness since 1999 and was part of the founding team of the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice (CMRP) in Bangor.
Trish developed MBCT for Cancer (MBCT-Ca) and taught 8-week programmes within a North Wales oncology unit for nearly two decades. She continues to work one-to-one with people with advanced cancer and trains teachers internationally.
With a background in community development – including work in rural South Africa – Trish brings a deep understanding of groupwork, compassion, and accessibility to her teaching. She is also a grandmother, gardener, and music lover.
