This 45-minute session, offered by Jolien Posthumus – mindfulness trainer and teacher, trailblazer in art and mental health and the founder of Mindfulness in Museums (MiM) – is for trained mindfulness teachers interested in joining the March 2026 branch training ‘Mindfulness in Art‘.
This specialist branch training is designed for teachers who want to integrate the arts into their teaching, explore the Mindfulness in Museums (MiM) method, experience key practices, and develop their own art-based programme with supervision and support.
In the session, Jolien will outline both the programme and the training and offer time at the end for a live Q&A.
