I am a mindfulness teacher, business coach, and mentor with a background in economics. I hold degrees from the University of Budapest and the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and bring over 25 years of experience from international corporate environments.
I completed postgraduate studies in Mindfulness and Compassion at SWPS University and teacher training in MBCT for Life, delivered in collaboration with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, and hold a Trained Teacher Certificate.
Mindfulness forms the foundation of my professional practice. In my coaching work, I support individuals experiencing leadership pressure, chronic stress, high workload, and professional burnout, helping them cultivate present-moment awareness as a source of clarity, resilience, and skilful choice.
I also lead Mindfulness for Life courses as well as residential retreats for groups, offering structured guidance to deepen practice and integrate mindfulness into daily life.
