Initially having studied in the UK in politics and social sciences (BA from Royal Holloway & MSc from the London School of Economics), I later trained at a Parisian university on the social aspects of sustainable development (Master 2 Université Paris Dauphine). This led me to take up different missions in disability and diversity in the workplace, in both the corporate and non-profit sectors in Paris. I have started to teach MBCT-L in the workplace context, and I volunteer in different mindfulness organizations to support the access to mindfulness for the general population.
