Anson is a film/video and sound artist and has taught in university for over 20 years in Hong Kong. There are always special reasons that tune people to mindfulness practices and Anson was no exception. Having panic disorder and as a caregiver to a family member with cancer, this guided her to the path 20 years ago. She has been witnessing deeply how mindfulness benefits herself and others over the years. In her mid-50’s, she hopes to go on the mindfulness path as a teacher supporting others. She teaches online and face-to-face courses in Hong Kong and the UK, both in Cantonese and English for Hong Kongers and also ESEA communities. She is now a full-time freelance artist and mindfulness teacher, welcoming others to set off the transformative journey.
