About me

Janelle Coggan, known as Nelle, is a trauma-informed educator, positive psychology coach, and mindfulness teacher with over 40 years of experience supporting children, young people, and adults of all ages. She holds a Master’s in Special Education and advanced training in Kinesiology, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapies, NeuroLinguistic Programming, and Rekindled Ancient Wisdom. Drawing on her extensive background across education, complementary therapies, and wellbeing practices, Nelle offers personalised sessions, courses, and group programs designed to meet each individual where they are. Her teaching is rooted in mindfulness and neuro-affirming frameworks that invite clients to pause, notice, and respond with presence, compassion, and intention. From her Newcastle, Australia clinic, Nelle has guided diverse learners—children developing resilience, teenagers navigating stress, adults facing change, and elders seeking clarity—always tailoring her approach to honour the strengths and lived experiences of each person. She is committed to creating inclusive, supportive spaces where people of all abilities can cultivate awareness, recognise unhelpful patterns, and build sustainable wellbeing practices. With warmth and wisdom, Nelle empowers others to live with resilience, clarity, and greater ease, integrating mindfulness into daily life as both a practice and a way of being.
