I am a psychologist, neuroscientist, and certified mindfulness teacher, trained with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. I am fully qualified to teach evidence-based mindfulness programmes including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness for Life, and Finding Peace in a Frantic World.
My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London. I integrate this scientific understanding with mindfulness, cognitive behavioural approaches, and coaching to support emotional resilience, clarity, and long-term well-being.
I offer mindfulness training for both individuals and groups, including professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders navigating stress, uncertainty, or transitions. My teaching is grounded in compassion, science, and practical application, and I am committed to creating safe, inclusive learning environments. I teach in English, German, and Ukrainian.
