I am a mindfulness instructor and researcher running courses for the general public and in the workplace. I graduated from the Masters in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at the University of Oxford in 2014. In my doctoral research in Evidence-Based Health Care at the University of Oxford, I explored for whom, why, and under what circumstances workplace mindfulness programmes work or do not work. I teach various MBCT curricula in non-clinical settings, including Finding Peace in a Frantic World, MBCT and MBCT for Life. I have also been trained to teach the 12-module programme Deepening and Sustaining Mindfulness for Life, developed by the OMC. Based in Berlin, Germany, I run courses in English and German, both in-person and online. I believe that wellbeing is a skill and I’m delighted to contribute to human flourishing through my affiliation with the OMF.
