With a background in clinical psychology and extensive experience in both healthcare and educational settings, I have a profound passion for teaching mindfulness practices. I first encountered mindfulness during my undergraduate studies at Waseda University. After that, I began my career by working with groups of patients in a hospital setting. That lead to a desire to deepen my knowledge and enhance my ability to help others with mindfulness, I pursued specialised training MBCT and trauma-sensitive mindfulness. I believe that mindfulness has the potential to empower individuals and communities to lead healthier, more balanced lives.
