I’m a mindfulness teacher, life coach, and fellow traveler supporting a mindful, compassionate, and wholehearted way of living. I’m dedicated to journeying with you toward cultivating mindful presence, compassion, and living with deep, heartfelt connection. Guided by loving-kindness, self-compassion, and trauma sensitivity, I offer evidence-based mindfulness programs, including MBSR, Introducing Mindfulness, Mindfulness for Life (MBCT-L), and Deeper Mindfulness. Grounded in personal practice and informed by professional training, I walk alongside you as you meet life’s challenges with clarity, grace, and authenticity. Through virtual and in-person sessions, I create gentle, courageous spaces for reflection, insight, and quiet growth, right where you are.
