Certified Mindfulness Teacher (OMF) and Supervisor, with over 15 years’ experience in human development, training, and contemplative practice. I work internationally between the UK and Chile, offering mindfulness-based programmes, supervision, and retreats in English and Spanish.
My professional background integrates mindfulness, yoga, neuroscience, and organisational development. Alongside extensive training with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, I have undertaken long-term training in Tibetan Buddhism focused on mental cultivation, loving-kindness, and compassion.
Since the 1990s I have practised meditation and have both attended and led numerous mindfulness retreats. I teach MBCT, Mindfulness for Life, Deeper Mindfulness, Finding Peace in a Frantic World, Introducing Mindfulness, MB-EAT, and a mindfulness-based programme for athletes designed to enhance focus, balance, and performance. I run courses in group and one-to-one formats, both in person and online.
I am passionate about supporting people to cultivate clarity, emotional balance, and connection through mindfulness—bridging scientific understanding and contemplative wisdom in daily life.
