I am a certified mindfulness teacher in the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) pathway with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. I teach mindfulness-based courses for the general public, supporting the development of attention, emotional balance, and greater clarity in everyday life. Alongside my training in mindfulness-based approaches, I bring a body-informed perspective grounded in extensive training in yoga, including therapeutic and somatic approaches. This allows me to support participants in exploring the relationship between attention, body awareness, and emotional experience in a practical, embodied, and progressive way. Having lived in more than ten countries, I bring a strong intercultural perspective to my work. This has shaped my interest in supporting people navigating life transitions, cultural adaptation, and periods of change with greater steadiness and self-understanding. I work internationally, offering courses online and in person, with a particular focus on Spanish-speaking communities living in international contexts.
