I am a professional trainer and leadership coach. In 2019, while encountering a bottleneck in my journey as a leadership coach, I was introduced to mindfulness and developed a strong interest in learning about it. Since then, I have consistently engaged in personal practice and teaching MBCT for Life & Finding Peace in a Frantic World. I am dedicated to integrating mindfulness with coaching techniques in the workplace, particularly in this rapidly changing BANI era, to help professionals alleviate stress, enhance focus, and strengthen leadership skills. 我是一名职业培训师和领导力教练,2019年,因为在领导力教练的道路上遇到了卡点,才有机缘接触到了正念,并一下对此产生了浓厚的学习兴趣。至今一直坚持个人修习和教学实践。我致力于将正念与教练技术结合应用于职场,特别在这个速变的BANI时代,帮助职场人士缓解压力,提升专注力,夯实领导力。 As I am approaching retirement age, my mindfulness practice over the past period has brought greater clarity and enthusiasm to my life, providing me with a profound sense of inner stability and strength. I am also keenly interested in supporting individuals aged 48 to 65—those who are retired or nearing retirement—in exploring how mindfulness can facilitate a second phase of personal growth. 我正到了面临退休的年龄,过去一段时间的正念修习提升了我人生的清晰度以及对生活的热情,这给了我极大的内在稳定与力量感。我同时也关注48-65周岁的退休及临退休人员,探索通过正念与这群人共同完成人生的二次成长。 I hold an MBA from the University of Wales and am an ICF-certified ACTP coach. 我拥有英国威尔士大学MBA学位,是ICF认证的ACTP教练。
