What began as a way to steady and ground myself has gradually become a calling—to support others in cultivating awareness, resilience, and self-care.

I completed my MBCT-L teacher training with Oxford Mindfulness, and pursued further training with international institutes in mindfulness, compassion, and psychotherapy approaches. My aspiration is to create safe and welcoming spaces where mindfulness can foster genuine and lasting change.

I hold a B.A. in International Business from RMIT University and an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience in Mental Health from King’s College London.
