Anshin is supporting Oxford Mindfulness to explore the role of mindfulness in understanding habits, cravings, and dependency, and how awareness, compassion, and choice can support healthier relationships with ourselves and the behaviours that shape our lives.
“I’m delighted to support Oxford Mindfulness and contribute to the conversation around habits, dependencies, and wellbeing. Mindfulness offers a powerful way of understanding the patterns that shape our lives and developing greater freedom, choice, and compassion in how we respond to them.“
