Pamela Duckerin

Pamela is a Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) teacher, supervisor and senior cognitive behavioural therapist working in primary care in the NHS. She has a particular interest in working with clients who have long-term physical health conditions alongside anxiety and/or depression.

Pamela has been a member of the core training team for the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice (CMRP), Bangor University since 2013, teaching on their Masters in Mindfulness programme. She also joined the teaching team of the Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches (IMA) in 2016.

Alongside Alison Evans, Pamela is a co-author of the book ‘Mindfulness-Based Supervision and Mentoring’ which was published in 2025.
