Since participating in my first mindfulness programme in 2011 and experiencing its benefits in managing insomnia and anxiety, I have been committed to promoting mindfulness to the public.
I began teaching MBCT in 2014, and my interest in mindfulness has led me to focus my doctoral dissertation on its effectiveness for families of children with ADHD. The results of this research have been published in the academic journal Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics.
As a registered professional psychologist, I have collaborated with scholars from various universities in Hong Kong on several mindfulness-related research initiatives. I am also honoured to serve as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where I contribute to research and training at the CUHK Thomas Jing Centre for Mindfulness Research and Training.
“It is both a privilege and a responsibility to serve as a trainer and supervisor for Oxford Mindfulness. I look forward to collaborating with the colleagues at Oxford Mindfulness to walk along with the next generation of mindfulness teachers and to contribute to this valuable legacy.”
