Stanley Ng

I feel deeply privileged to be part of the Oxford Mindfulness community, which has offered me such a warm and supportive space to learn, teach and grow. The generosity and wisdom of this global mindfulness network continues to inspire my work.

After a 15-year career in financial institutions such as JP Morgan and UBS across London, New York, and Singapore, I turned my focus to mindfulness and leadership development. My experience in high-performance environments led me to explore how mindfulness can foster resilience, well-being, and more compassionate leadership.

I hold a Master’s in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (University of Oxford) and a Master’s in Coaching and Consulting for Change (INSEAD). I also completed the Advanced Executive Coaching Programme at Cambridge University. In 2010, I founded Sage Capital, specialising in organisational and leadership development, and later established Mindful Circle, a not-for-profit social enterprise in Singapore dedicated to making high-quality mindfulness programmes accessible in workplaces and communities.

As an International Advisor for Oxford Mindfulness, I am grateful to support the organisation’s global initiatives, particularly in mindful leadership and to contribute to teaching in diverse settings, most recently in Japan.

“Being part of the Oxford Mindfulness community has been a gift. It is a rare and special community where learning, kindness and wisdom come together in service of others.“
