Our Wednesday evening mindfulness sessions are supporting people in extending and deepening their mindfulness practice. We started this week with “Wake Up! It’s time to start living the life you’ve imagined.” Next week’s session will be “Pay Attention! It’s the Gateway to Your Experience”. These sessions will typically feature a talk and a guided practice session.
