中科博爱与英国牛津静观基金会(OMF)于2015年建立了紧密的合作关系,共同为华语世界提供静观认知疗法(MBCT)以及生活中的静观课程(Mindfulness for Life)的师资培训。作为华语世界推广静观的主要机构之一,中科博爱每年举办多期静观认知疗法(MBCT)家族课程、静观减压课程(MBSR)、静观压力管理工作坊(MBSS)等静观为本的课程。此外,中科博爱还定期举办深化静观修习的退修营、主题工作坊以及一日止语静观日。中科博爱与全球静观协力联盟(GMC)及|心|願|度| 靜觀培訓學院 (AIMT) 合作,共同举办静观减压(MBSR)教师培训。

Zhong Ke Bo Ai (Beijing) Counselling Co., Ltd (ZKBA) is our partner in the Chinese-speaking world.
Establishing a close collaboration with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (OMF) in 2015, ZKBA plays a vital role in providing teacher training program in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness for Life courses for Chinese speakers. As one of the recognized organizations promoting mindfulness in the Chinese-speaking world, ZKBA conducts numerous programs each year, including MBCT family courses, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Self-help (MBSS) workshops. Additionally, they regularly host mindfulness retreats, themed workshops, and One-day Practice to deepen mindfulness practice in Chinese speaking mindfulness community. Collaborating with the Global Mindfulness Collaborative (GMC) and the ATINAT Institute of Mindfulness Training, ZKBA also co-organizes teacher training in MBSR.

Founded in 2011, ZKBA operates on a foundation of science, professionalism, systematic approaches, and continuous development. Their mission is to provide comprehensive and systematic training programs and development plans for professionals in various fields, including psychological counselling, psychotherapy, mindfulness, psychiatry, education, and social work. ZKBA is committed to nurturing talent in the field of psychology, promoting mental health awareness, supporting corporate Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), and delivering community-based mental health services.
Collaborations
ZKBA maintains close collaborations with numerous prestigious institutions in the field of psychology and mindfulness, both within China and abroad. They collaborate with academic institutions such as the Institute of Psychology at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing University, Beijing Normal University, Capital Normal University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University in Shanghai, Tianjin Normal University, and Nankai University. Additionally, they partner with national industry associations, including the Chinese Association for Life Care, the China Association for Mental Health, the Chinese Psychological Society, the Chinese Psychological Society, the Chinese Society for Social Psychology, and the China Association of Social Workers. On an international scale, ZKBA collaborates with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and other institutions such as the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness (UMASS CFM), the Mindfulness Center at Brown University (MC@B), Psychotherapy.net, and the Milton H. Erickson Institute of the Bay Area (MHEIBA). These partnerships enable ZKBA to offer professional, systematic training programs and talent development initiatives.
