Funding Secured For Our Live Online Meditation Sessions

We’re delighted to announce that our weekday live, online meditation sessions are fully funded for 2026, ensuring this much-loved community offering continues for another year.

Since launching during the pandemic, our weekday sessions have become a global space for connection and practise, welcoming participants from many countries, cultures, and life experiences.

Sessions run for 30 minutes every weekday at 13:00 and 19:00 UK time, offering accessible opportunities for anyone to pause, breathe, and experience mindfulness guided by trained teachers.

To sustain the programme, we need funding of around £24,000 per year. For 2026, we’re pleased to share that the full amount has been secured through the generosity of two members of the daily mindfulness community, each contributing £8,000. The remaining £8,000 has been raised through donations and annual payments from the wider group.

What does this mean for our community?

This means that from 5 January, 2026 we’re able to move back to an annual registration model and return to offering the sessions free of charge. While voluntary donations at the point of registration will be welcome to help plan future sustainability, community members will no longer need to register on a quarterly basis with a suggested contribution – a process we previously introduced to cover ongoing costs.

Looking ahead to 2027, we welcome expressions of interest from potential donors, with a vision of two sponsors offering £8,000 each and the remaining £8,000 raised once again through smaller community donations.

Register for the Meditation Sessions

If you’re new to mindfulness or if you’d like to maintain your practice with a warm and welcoming community, why not join our live online meditation sessions which run twice a day, Monday – Friday.

Sessions are 30-minutes long, led by fully-trained mindfulness teachers, and take place 13:00 & 19:00 UK Time. Everyone’s welcome to join, regardless of experience.
