Each resource is explored across two online sessions held within the same month. The first session is a facilitated community discussion, offering space to reflect on the reading, share what stood out, and explore questions together. Themes and questions from this session are gathered and then carried into a second session, which is a live conversation with the author.
This session explores the book ‘Wherever You Go, There You Are’ with a community session on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 and an author session on Wednesday, 23 September with Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Both sessions will be 12:00 – 12:45 (UK time).
For those joining our annual gathering, the author session is on the last day of the gathering and we will meet Jon as a annual gathering community alongside those joining from home. Please do still register to enable you to join the community session the week prior to the annual gathering.
It is beneficial but not essential that you join both sessions.
This event is included, at no extra cost, as part of the Oxford Mindfulness Members’ Programme. Non–members are welcome to join the event for a small admin fee.
Please note: Community sessions are designed to be interactive and so recordings will not be available afterwards. We warmly encourage you to join live and keep your camera on where possible to support a collaborative and connected experience. Author sessions may be recorded.
