At Oxford Mindfulness, we know that delivering mindfulness in organisational settings isn’t simply a matter of transferring traditional approaches into corporates spaces. We understand that it’s a different context with its own needs, cultures and nuances, calling for different skills and approaches.
As more workplaces recognise the need to support employees’ well-being, we’re inviting mindfulness teachers to connect with us by joining a virtual working session to explore how we might collaborate to meet this growing need.
We know that many of you are navigating the challenges involved with adapting mindfulness for workplace settings and so we’re creating space to talk.
If you’re a mindfulness teacher delivering mindfulness in workplace settings, join us in this open, practical space to explore how we can support, collaborate and learn from you.
Hosted by Oxford Mindfulness CEO Sharon Hadley, and Sarah Bohn, Workplace Well-Being Advisor and Founder of Open Space, the session will offer you:
- A chance to share your experience of working with organisations
- A space to reflect on common challenges and explore opportunities in this space
- A direct connection with Oxford Mindfulness, including how you might further engage with us
In the session, we’ll focus on how we might support each other as we work in this sector.
We believe that with the right support, mindfulness can be embedded into organisational cultures in a way that respects the people, the needs and the purpose of each setting.
