We’re pleased to share that Oxford Mindfulness has now become an approved provider with The CPD Group and will begin accrediting selected courses, workshops and professional development activities with recognised Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits.

Our approval as a CPD provider is the start of an important initiative to support the growing number of professionals who engage with our learning as part of their ongoing development and professional practice.
Why CPD matters
Across many professions, continuing learning is not simply encouraged, it’s expected.
Healthcare, psychologists, therapists, coaches, educators, workplace well-being leads, HR professionals, and many other professionals are often required to demonstrate ongoing professional development throughout their careers.
CPD credits provide a recognised method for recording and evidencing this learning. While also helping individuals stay up to date, deepen their knowledge, reflect on practice, and continue developing the skills needed within their roles.
Often, CPD credits are required by employers, professional bodies, registration organisations, or accreditation frameworks. Providing a valuable way of recognising and documenting relevant learning that supports both personal and professional growth.
Supporting professional learning in mindfulness
We have always been committed to providing high-quality mindfulness education grounded in research and practice. As mindfulness continues to be integrated into a range of sectors, we’re engaging with professionals looking for learning opportunities that can contribute to their CPD requirements alongside their personal interest in mindfulness. Becoming an approved CPD provider allows us to support this need and also evidence the quality and integrity of our programmes.
We’re delighted to take this next step and look forward to supporting our community as they continue developing mindfulness-informed approaches within their work.
We’ll soon begin the process of accrediting a number of our activities, further information on accredited activities will be announced over the coming months.
