Who is the programme for?

Entry requirements & membership benefits

Mindfulness practitioners

To join our members’ programme, you need to have completed a teacher-led course in one of the following mindfulness-based approaches:

  • Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP)
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
  • Mindfulness for Life (MBCT-L)
  • Finding Peace in a Frantic World
  • Taking it Further (OMF Programme)
  • Introducing Mindfulness (OMF Programme)
  • Deeper Mindfulness
  • Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)
  • Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living (MBCL)
  • Breathworks
  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
  • Mindfulness-Based Addiction Recovery (MBAR)
  • Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP)
  • Mindfulness-Based Living Course (MBLC)
  • Mindfulness-Based Organisational Education (MBOE)

As a practitioner you’ll receive:

  • 2 x Practitioner Practice days – online
  • 1 x Practitioner Field Update Session – online
  • 1 x Practitioner Workshop – online
  • Full access to the new Oxford Mindfulness app
Trained mindfulness teachers

To join our members’ programme, you need to:

  1. Be committed to the ethical standards adopted by Oxford Mindfulness
  2. Be a trained mindfulness teacher in one of the following mindfulness-based approaches:
  • Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP)
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
  • Mindfulness for Life (MBCT-L)
  • Finding Peace in a Frantic World
  • Taking it Further (OMF Programme)
  • Introducing Mindfulness (OMF Programme)
  • Deeper Mindfulness
  • Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)
  • Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living (MBCL)

  • 2 x Practice days – online
  • 2 x Field Update Sessions – online

  • Latest course materials (for those who have trained with Oxford Mindfulness)
  • Discount on Annual Gatherings (Oxford Mindfulness Trained Teachers only)

Joining fee

Our fees cover the operational and delivery costs of the programme. As a not-for-profit organisation, we’ve worked hard to keep the costs as minimal as possible.

There’ll be an annual fee of £95 to join as a Practitioner. Purchasing all the above listed benefits individually would typically cost £375 (approx).

There’ll be an annual fee of £175 to join as a Trained Teacher. Purchasing all the above listed benefits individually would typically cost £550 (approx).
