About the event

In this 90-minute session, Laura and Matilde will present a curated collection of key mindfulness research including an exploration of current themes of interest to mindfulness practitioners, sharing their invaluable insights along the way.

It’s open to all mindfulness practitioners looking to understand the evidence base, or simply curious about the latest research. The event has been crafted to enhance your understanding of the evidence that supports mindful living.

This event is included, at no extra cost, as part of the Oxford Mindfulness Members’ Programme. Non–members are welcome to join the event at the relevant fee band.

Mindfulness teachers may be interested to note there will be an extended Research Update especially for mindfulness teachers – view the event.

Please note: These sessions are normally designed to be interactive and so recordings will not be available afterwards. We warmly encourage you to join live and keep your camera on where possible to support a collaborative and connected experience. Where available, presentation materials such as slides will be shared with those who attended after the event so you can revisit key points.
